At Astroraaj, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, charges, and related procedures.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, and more
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural areas (subject to courier partner coverage)
2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value:

  • Orders above ₹7,500: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹7,500: Flat shipping charge of ₹50
  • Heavy or Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply (you will be notified before order confirmation)
  • Remote Locations: Additional courier charges may apply (you will be notified before shipping)
3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary based on courier partner performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped
  • For COD orders, we may require additional verification which could delay processing
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email with tracking number and courier partner details
  • SMS notification with tracking link (if phone number is provided)
  • You can also track your order in "My Account → Orders" section
  • Tracking information may take 12-24 hours to update after dispatch
6. Shipping Partners

We partner with leading courier services in India to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express
  • XpressBees
  • India Post (for remote locations)
7. Delivery Attempts
  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
  • You will be responsible for re-shipping charges if you request re-delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address
8. Undeliverable Packages

An order may be marked as undeliverable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient not available after multiple delivery attempts
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Address outside our serviceable area

If your order is returned as undeliverable, we will notify you. You may choose to:

  • Request re-shipment (additional shipping charges apply)
  • Cancel the order (refund will be issued minus shipping charges)
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we do not support shipping multiple items in a single order to different addresses. Please place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

10. PO Box Addresses

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address with complete details (street name, landmark, city, state, pincode).

11. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions:

  • Gemstones and Precious Items: Require signature on delivery
  • Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time
  • High-Value Orders: May require additional verification before dispatch
12. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number and courier partner name
  • Tracking URL to monitor your shipment
  • Expected delivery date (estimate)
  • Customer support contact information
13. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us immediately
  • We will file a claim with the courier partner
  • You will receive a replacement or full refund
  • For damaged items, please provide photos/videos of the package and product
  • Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery date
