At Astroraaj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories attached
  • The product must not be damaged, scratched, or altered in any way
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or Customized Products: Items that have been engraved, personalized, or customized to your specifications
  • Intimate or Hygiene Products: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance sales or with deep discounts
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned
  • Digital Products: Software, e-books, or downloadable content
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  4. Upload photos of the product (if applicable)
  5. Submit your return request
  6. Wait for our return approval (typically 1-2 business days)
  7. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
  8. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us

You can also initiate a return by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs
  • Customer Remorse or Change of Mind: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Damaged in Transit: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund
  • Wrong Size or Color: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over ₹5,000.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • For Razorpay payments (Card, UPI, NetBanking, Wallet): Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • For COD payments: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (you will need to provide bank details)
  • The refund amount will include the product price and taxes, but original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products returned with visible signs of use or missing parts
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Returns without original packaging or tags
8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant:

  • Please initiate a return for the original item
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • This ensures faster processing and availability
  • Return shipping for the original item will be borne by the customer (unless defective)

Direct exchanges are not available at this time.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect
  • Do not use or alter the product
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us
10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the specified timeline:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times vary)
  3. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
