How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the desired item, choose color/size (if applicable), enter quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, select payment method, and confirm your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, manage wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, go to "My Orders" or contact customer support immediately.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can also check "My Orders" section in your account.

Are the product images accurate?

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography techniques.

How long does shipping take?

Metro cities: 2-4 business days, Tier 1 cities: 3-5 business days, Tier 2/3 cities: 4-7 business days, Remote areas: 7-10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above ₹7,500 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹7,500 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹50.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order in "My Account → Orders".

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. You can also authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf. Please provide complete address with landmark for smooth delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Razorpay: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.

Is it safe to pay online?

Absolutely! We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS technology. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Do you charge GST?

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax laws. You will see the GST breakdown on your invoice.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD allows you to pay cash when you receive your order. COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A nominal COD fee may apply.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return?

Go to "My Orders", select the order, click "Return Item", fill in the reason, and submit. You will receive return instructions after approval.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for Razorpay payments and 7-10 business days for COD orders (via bank transfer).

Can I exchange a product?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective or incorrect products, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size/color, you bear the return shipping cost.

All our gemstones are 100% natural, sourced from ethical mines. We do not sell lab-created or synthetic stones. Each product description clearly mentions the origin and authenticity.

Do you provide certificate of authenticity?

Yes, every gemstone purchase comes with a certificate of authenticity. For high-value stones (above ₹50,000), we also provide lab certification from reputed gemological laboratories.

How do I care for my gemstone?

Clean gemstones with mild soap and warm water using a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for certain stones. Store separately to prevent scratching. Refer to our "Cleaning & Care" section on product pages.

Can I wear gemstones every day?

Some gemstones (like diamond, ruby, sapphire) are durable for daily wear. Others (like emerald, opal, pearl) are softer and require more care. Each product page includes care instructions.
