Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, go to "My Orders" or contact customer support immediately.

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. You can also authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf. Please provide complete address with landmark for smooth delivery.

COD allows you to pay cash when you receive your order. COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A nominal COD fee may apply.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for Razorpay payments and 7-10 business days for COD orders (via bank transfer).
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Yes, every gemstone purchase comes with a certificate of authenticity. For high-value stones (above ₹50,000), we also provide lab certification from reputed gemological laboratories.
